Hunnewell Project: Next Steps

 The Hunnewell Project will move into the Design and Bidding phase including discussion surrounding Construction Manager at Risk procurement. The project timeline can be viewed on the Project Schedule page.

Design Development will include refinement of school program, finished, exterior design elements, specification of furnishing and technology, culminating in a bid package prior to Annual Town Meeting 2021.
